General shareholders meeting of 15 May, 2024

Today the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of TINC took place. In aggregate 24,25 % of the
shares were represented (8.818.896 shares). All proposed resolutions were approved, including the proposal
to distribute an amount of € 0.84 per share to the holders of coupons n° 18 (representing a dividend in the
amount of € 0.23) and n° 19 (representing a capital reduction of € 0.61). The distribution will be made as
follows:
o Date Ex-coupon 20 May 2024
o Record date 21 May 2024
o Payment date 22 May 2024



The shareholders further approved the annual accounts for the extended financial year 2023-2024 and granted
discharge to the statutory director and to the statutory auditor in respect of the exercise of their duties in the
past financial year. BDO Bedrijfsrevisoren was appointed as new auditor.
