TINC invests in safe and smooth traffic on the Brussels ring road (B)

Antwerp October 18, 2024, 17:30 CET

TINC, the infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, joins the SPI.R0 consortium of
contractors Jan De Nul and Willemen that was awarded the tender for the conversion of the R0 x A201
traffic interchange connecting the Brussels ring road to Brussels Airport.

Conversion of traffic interchange R0 x A201

The Flemish government has awarded to the consortium consisting of contractors Jan De Nul and
Willemen the tender for the conversion of the interchange in a bundled and traffic-light controlled
entry/exit complex and this by way of a DBFM PPP formula. The consortium is responsible for the
Design, the Build, the Finance and 30-year Maintenance of the infrastructure in return for availability
fees paid by the Flemish Agency for Roads and Traffic. The 34-year project has a value of around € 350
million. Construction works start in October 2024 with expected availability in spring 2028.

100 % Belgian funding

The project is 100% financed by local financial partners. Equity is contributed by De
Werkvennootschap (10%) and the private partners TINC, Jan De Nul and BE.SHARPPP - a company of
Willemen Groep for financing and managing PPP projects (90%). Long term debt financing is provided
by AG Insurance, Belfius Bank, Federale Verzekering and KBC Bank.

TINC invests € 17 million

TINC has committed to invest about € 17 million in this project for a 45% participation in the project
company. The actual funding of this investment commitment will occur in 2028 at commissioning.
