Allane SE: Adjustment of forecast due to positive development in operating sales and reduction in expected EBT due to impairment losses on leased assets in the first nine months of 2024

Pullach, October 31, 2024 - The Management Board of Allane SE has reassessed the forecast for the 2024 financial year and, following a comprehensive analysis, has decided to adjust the forecast that was amended on August 23, 2024. For Group operating sales, the Management Board is forecasting a range of EUR 425 million to EUR 475 million (previously: EUR 350 million to EUR 400 million). Group EBT is expected to be between EUR -35 million and EUR -45 million at (previously: EUR -25 million to EUR -35 million).

The decisive factor for this forecast adjustment is the positive business development of Allane SE in the first nine months of 2024 in the area of consolidated operating sales based on preliminary figures, which have already exceeded the lower target mark of the forecast corridor. Based on these preliminary figures, Allane SE expects consolidated operating sales of EUR 332.6 million in the period from January to September 2024.

At EUR -31.8 million in the first nine months, preliminary Group EBT continues to be negatively impacted by the accumulated impairment losses on leased assets due to residual and market value differences. Allane SE therefore expects EBT to continue to fall until the end of the year.

The complete Group quarterly statement for Q3 2024 is scheduled to be published on November 8, 2024.
