APPOINTMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF COMPAGNIE DES ALPES




Paris, November 12, 2024 – Dominique Thillaud, Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie des Alpes, has
appointed two new members to the Executive Committee.

Rémi Fournial is today appointed Director of Strategy and Development. In this role, he will support the
Operating Divisions in identifying internal and external growth drivers and will be responsible for cross-
functional and structural projects (safety in the workplace, energy, purchasing, etc.), in particular to

promote synergies within the Group.

After starting his career at Crédit Agricole CIB in 2007 in the Investment Banking teams, Rémi Fournial joined
Caisse des Dépôts in 2014 in the Mergers and Acquisitions department, first as project manager, then as
deputy, and finally as head of the department since 2019. He has been involved in more than twenty M&A
transactions (investments in Suez, Coriance and Orange Concessions, Egis capital opening, financial
restructuring of Orpea...).


Since 1st September, Aymeric Noizet has been the Group's Chief Information and Digital Officer. Trained as
an engineer, Aymeric held positions of increasing responsibility in IT at Corporate and Investment Banks,
notably Société Générale. He then became Head of Information Systems at Athlon, before taking charge of
Operations Transformation at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in France. Before joining Compagnie des
Alpes, he was simultaneously Director of Operations at Athlon and Managing Director of G.I.E. Multifleet,
which operates a fleet of 100,000 vehicles.
