Addendum to the press release dated
November 15th 2024

The press release titled "ROBERTET SUCCESSFULLY RESHAPES ITS SHAREHOLDER BASE
TO SUPPORT ITS LONG-TERM GROWTH AMBITIONS," issued on November 15, 2024,
contained a material error on page 4. The error has been corrected in the press release now available
on the website of Peugeot Invest www.peugeot-invest.com

It should be noted that the exchange ratio agreed between the investment certificates (IC) and the
voting rights certificates (VRCs), applicable upon the exercise in 2030 of the exchange option
granted to Peugeot Invest and the FSP, is 8.5 VRCs for 1 IC, and not the other way around.
