Press release
November 19, 2024

Increase of share buyback mandate

As part of its share buyback operation announced on March 8 for a maximum amount of €300
million until March 2027, Edenred announces an increase by €39 million of the share buyback
agreement concluded with an investment services provider (ISP) on September 12, 2024.

This mandate, for a cumulated amount raised up to €114 million including the shares already
bought back, remains valid until May 15, 2025, and covers the remaining amount of buybacks
to be executed in the frame of the initial maximum amount of €300 million. As of 19 November
2024, 6.8 million shares were purchased as part of this operation for a total consideration of
€261 million.

On an indicative basis, €39 million would correspond to a total volume of 1.4 million shares (i.e.,
0.56% of the share capital), at the closing price on November 18.

Any shares bought back will be canceled, as announced on March 8.
