Filing of the 2024 Universal Registration Document


Imerys filed on March 26, 2025 with the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers
or AMF), its 2024 Universal Registration Document including:
●​ the annual financial report,
●​ the management report, including the information on sustainability and the report of the Board of
Directors on corporate governance,
●​ the draft agenda and draft resolutions which will be submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary
Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on May, 13 2025, and
●​ the description of the Company’s buyback program of its own shares.

The 2024 Universal Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions
provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the Group’s website www.imerys.com. It is also
available on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org).
