French Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) under number D.25-0168.

This document includes in particular:

- the 2024 annual financial report, the 2024 Carrefour SA financial statements and the
consolidated financial statements and the sustainability statement and duty of care plan;
- the report on corporate governance;
- the Statutory Auditors' reports on the parent company and consolidated financial statements
for 2024 and on related-party agreements;
- the Report on the certification of sustainability information and verification of the disclosure
requirements under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852;
- and a description of the share buyback program.


The document will be available for inspection at Carrefour’s registered office located 93,
