COMPAGNIE DES ALPES ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF BELANTIS, ONE OF THE
LARGEST AMUSEMENT PARKS IN EASTERN GERMANY

Paris, April 3, 2025 – Compagnie des Alpes announces that it has acquired the entire capital of Event Park
Gmbh from Parques Reunidos. Event Park Gmbh owns and operates the Belantis amusement park, located
in Germany, in the Leipzig region.

With its 27 attractions spread across 9 themed zones, 3 shops, and 6 dining areas, Belantis is an amusement
park whose clientele is predominantly family oriented. Inaugurated in 2003, Belantis has welcomed

approximately 300,000 visitors in recent years. For the fiscal year 2024, it generated a turnover of
approximately 11 million euros.

The acquisition is based on an enterprise value of 22 million euros. Belantis will be accounted for in the
Amusement Parks division starting from April 3.

The Belantis site has a number of solid advantages, including a dynamic catchment area (a growing region,
direct motorway access from Leipzig and proximity to Dresden and Berlin), relatively little local competition
and a total land area of over 80 hectares owned outright (with an additional 41 hectares available for future
development). Drawing on the expertise of Compagnie des Alpes, the Group believes that this park has the
potential to welcome almost 900,000 visitors a year.

With this acquisition, Compagnie des Alpes has strengthened the international positioning of its Leisure
Parks division, which now has 8 sites out of 13 in continental Europe (the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland,
Austria and Germany).

With 5 parks receiving more than 1 million visitors a year, demonstrating the public's appetite for this type
of leisure activity, the German leisure park market is the second largest in Europe, after the French market.

Commenting on the deal, Dominique Thillaud, Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie des Alpes, said: "The
acquisition of Belantis is a great opportunity for Compagnie des Alpes. This site has real assets which,
combined with the Group's expertise in terms of operational excellence, marketing and customer
satisfaction, give us great confidence in the park's future potential for development and performance".

François Fassier, Director of the Leisure Parks Division of Compagnie des Alpes added: "We are delighted
that Belantis Park is now joining our division. We look forward to working with their teams on the ground
to build, together, a new page in the history of this site.”
