Peugeot Invest publishes its
2024 Universal Registration Document
Peugeot Invest filed its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the French
Financial Markets Authority (“Autorité des Marchés Financiers”) on 7 April 2025.

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular, the following information:

- Peugeot Invest’s 2024 annual financial report, including the management report and the corpo-
rate governance report;
- a description of the share buyback program;
- the resolutions to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 20 May 2025; and
- the reports of the Statutory Auditors.



This document is available on the company's website at www.peugeot-invest.com, in the "media"
tab, "publications" section.

Copies of the Universal Registration Document are also available at the company's registered office
located at 66, avenue Charles de Gaulle - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
