Orascom Development Holding AG: Publication of the 2024 Annual Report, the ESG Report and the invitation to the Annual General Meeting

Altdorf, 17 April 2025 – Orascom Development Holding AG (ODH) has published today the 2024 Annual Report and the ‘Life with Purpose’ 2024 Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report. The reports are available on ODH's website at https://www.orascomdh.com/investor-relations.

ODH has also published the invitation to the Annual General Meeting, which is available on ODH's website at https://www.orascomdh.com/investor-relations/corporate-documents. Following the settlement of the public tender offer and in line with the intention announced by the offeror LPSO Holding Ltd. in the offer prospectus, the Board of Directors proposes to the shareholders the approval of the delisting of ODH’s shares from SIX Swiss Exchange.
