GL EVENTS AWARDED THE CONCESSION FOR
THE STADE DE FRANCE
GL EVENTS (FR0000066672, GLO), the integrated event industry group, announces that it has been
awarded the 30-year concession by the French government to operate the Stade de France.

This decision paves the way for the upcoming signing of the concession contract and marks a
decisive step toward the effective takeover of operations on August 5, 2025.

GL events’ teams — with recognized expertise in delivering and hosting large-scale international
sports and cultural events — will be fully prepared to welcome the first concerts scheduled for
August 2025 at the Stade de France.

Upon contract signature, GL events will implement an ambitious and sustainable project, serving all
audiences and reinforcing the Stade de France’s position as a flagship venue on both the national
and international stage.
