Jena, 18 July 2025 – Intershop Communications AG (ISIN: DE000A254211) reduces its forecast for the financial year 2025. This adjustment is due to weaker-than-planned development in cloud new business and unexpectedly persistent cost burdens in the service business related to large-scale projects.
For the full year, Intershop now expects a decline in revenues of 10% to 15% (previously: decline in revenues of 5% to 10%) and negative earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) in the low single-digit million euro range (previously: slightly positive EBIT). Incoming cloud orders are now also expected to decline slightly compared with 2024 (previously: slight increase); net new ARR is expected to be between EUR 1.0 million and EUR 2.0 million (previously: slight increase compared to the previous year’s figure of EUR 2.7 million).
The 2025 half-year report will be published as planned on 23 July 2025.
