The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Company has agreed to acquire an additional 3,125,000 warrants over Hamak Gold Limited ordinary shares exercisable at 0.8p per warrant 12 months post issue.

The Company now holds 15,625,000 Hamak Warrants.
