Crédit Agricole CIB announced the publication of the Amendment of its 2024 Universal
Registration Document.


Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank announced that the French version of the Amendment
of its 2024 Universal Registration Document was filed with Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on
8th August 2025 under registration number D. 25-0148-A01. Under the same registration number,
the English version was filed.

This document is available in French on Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank’s website
www.ca-cib.fr under " Crédit Agricole CIB > Informations financières et règlementées > Rapports
d’activité & DEU " and in English on Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank’s website

The 2025 semi-annual financial report is included in the Amendment of the 2024 Universal

d’enregistrement universel 2024 a été déposé en français auprès de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers
(AMF) le 8 août 2025 sous le numéro D. 25-0148-A01. Sous le même numéro de dépôt, la version
anglaise a également été déposée auprès de l’AMF.
