– Helvetic Immobilien AG, based in Kastanienbaum, has acquired 100 percent of the shares of PNEU Bösiger AG from the previous owner family. With this acquisition, the company is consistently continuing its strategic focus on the acquisition of Swiss commercial and residential real estate.
PNEU Bösiger AG was founded almost 50 years ago and will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year. In 1997, it was converted into its current stock corporation, which has grown continuously since then. Originally founded as a car and tire dealer, the company quickly developed into a leading provider of luxury vehicles in German-speaking Switzerland. Under the leadership of the founding family, an extensive and valuable real estate portfolio was also created, which today includes 47 commercial and private properties in the canton of Bern.
