PRESS RELEASE
INTRATONE COLLABORATES WITH AMAZON KEY FOR A STRATEGIC AND EXCLUSIVE ALLIANCE TO PROVIDE SECURE ACCESS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, France, September 1st, 2025, COGELEC (ISIN: FR0013335742 / Ticker: ALLEC), through its brand INTRATONE—an established player in wireless access control solutions across Europe—announces the signing of an exclusive collaboration with Amazon Key, Amazon’s division dedicated to secure building access. This collaboration, exclusive to five European countries—France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Italy—marks a major advancement in securing residential deliveries. The Amazon Key service, coupled with Intratone’s entry interface, will streamline Amazon deliveries to multi-unit buildings. By integrating Amazon Key technology with Intratone access control systems, drivers can request and receive time-restricted building access through their delivery app and make deliveries without assistance from staff. A TECHNOLOGY DEDICATED TO SECURITY The main objective of this collaboration is to offer additional security and convenience for residential building access. Unlike traditional systems, which often allow permanent and untraceable access, the Intratone and Amazon Key integration ensures that only verified delivery drivers—who are carrying a package for the specified address—can access the building, and only during delivery. Property managers can opt out of this service at any time, giving them full control over how they receive deliveries. PEACE OF MIND FOR RESIDENTS The Amazon Key service enables residents to receive Amazon packages whether they’re home or away, so they no longer have to plan their days around when deliveries will arrive. Residents can also request that drivers place packages in their preferred delivery location by adding delivery instructions to their Amazon accounts. “Through this collaboration, we are transforming building access into a seamless, controlled, and ultra-secure experience. It is this built-in security requirement that fundamentally sets our technology apart from existing solutions. It’s a major step forward for both residents and building managers...” — Roger Leclerc, Chairman and CEO of COGELEC. "Amazon Key’s work with Intratone exemplifies our commitment to enabling reliable, on-time deliveries to our customers. Together, we are streamlining access for verified delivery drivers and simplifying the delivery experience for both residents and property staff." — Kaushik Mani, Director, Amazon Key. 1 This collaboration reflects a shared vision of innovation serving daily life—combining cutting-edge technology with user-friendly design to meet the evolving needs of residents and building managers.
