Acquisition par la Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes des actions de
la société Latanier Expériences


La Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (la « Société ») annonce avoir finalisé
l’acquisition de 50 % du capital de la société Latanier Expériences, détenu par CG Invest,
soit 50 actions. Cette opération permet à la Société, qui détenait 50% du capital de la société
Latanier Expériences, de porter sa participation à 100% et donc d’en devenir l’actionnaire
unique.
Ce projet d’acquisition avait été annoncé le 29 juillet 2025, conformément à l’obligation
d’information du public.

Le transfert effectif de propriétés des actions cédées et le paiement du prix interviendront
de manière concomitante le 3 novembre 2025.

Par cette opération, la Société réaffirme sa volonté de renforcer sa maîtrise opérationnelle
de la société Latanier Expériences et accompagner activement le développement
stratégique de cette dernière.
