Long-term leases signed: ESPG AG reports two leasing successes in Hallbergmoos and Cologne with a total of 5,000 m²


Cologne, 22 October 2025 – The European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specializing in science parks, has achieved two further leasing successes in the AERO49 science park in Hallbergmoos and the NORTH43 science park in Cologne. Anchor tenant SupplyOn AG has extended its lease in Hallbergmoos and will remain at the location for the long term. SupplyOn connects customers and suppliers worldwide and ensures the long-term success of the supply chain. Furthermore, occupancy at the Science Park NORTH43 has been further strengthened through the signing of a long-term lease agreement with GM Immobilienkonzept, a company operating in the field of facility management.


The new five-year lease agreement with SupplyOn will take effect on January 1, 2026, and covers a rental area of around 4,720 m². This corresponds to around 30 percent of the total area of the Aero49 Science Park. This leasing success is exemplary of the high tenant retention that characterizes science parks as an asset class. The Hallbergmoos location comprises a rental area of 15,273 m².^. It is located in close proximity to Munich Airport, features its own canteen, and is situated directly next to the O2 Surftown. SupplyOn is an internationally established supply chain network. The company connects over 140,000 partners worldwide and offers comprehensive digital solutions for managing the entire supply chain.


GM Immobilienkonzept will lease around 264 m² in Science Park NORTH43 from January 1, 2026. As a technical property management company, GM Immobilienkonzept focuses on the management and support of commercial properties. The company offers tailor-made solutions to ensure professional support during ongoing operations. The Science Park is located in the northern part of Cologne and offers modern infrastructure, flexible usage options, and numerous attractive features for contemporary office and conference use. Its internal functionality allows for a high degree of individual space design. The Science Park is also just a few minutes by car from the A1 and A59 motorways and has direct access to public transportation. In addition, nearby recreational areas such as the Fühlinger See enhance the overall quality and appeal of the location.
