This development reflects the resilience of the business in the face of still contrasting market conditions. In France, revenue for the quarter was € 480.3 million, down 4.1% compared to 2024. Internationally, quarterly activity was up 3.3% compared to the third quarter of 2024 (+3.9% organic growth). International sales now account for almost 45% of total Group revenue. In total, over the first nine months of the year, revenue amounted to € 2 504.7 million, up 10.4% compared to 2024. This increase includes a 11.5% scope impact related to the integration in Italy of OPENJOBMETIS, consolidated since May 2024. At constant scope and exchange rates, revenue was stable compared to 2024 (-0.7% TDA organic growth) (2). Temporary work: stability in the third quarter Resilience of the business in France and a clear improvement in international performance In Temporary Work (86.1% of total activity), third-quarter revenue was € 747.7 million (3), down slightly by 1.2% compared to the same quarter of 2024 (-0.9% organic growth) in a market showing signs of gradual recovery. France : resistance confirmed In France (52.8% of the division's business), revenue for the quarter was € 394.9 million, down 4.5% on an organic basis compared to 2024. This is a very satisfactory development compared to the 2024 quarter when the Group was able to take full advantage of the "Olympic effect". International: organic growth of 3.4% Internationally (47.2% of the division's business), revenue for the quarter was € 352.7 million up 3.4% organically compared to 2024, with contrasting trends depending on the geographical areas considered. In Italy, OPENJOBMETIS' revenue for the quarter posted organic growth of 2.3%. In the United States, despite a still contrasted market, particularly in the automotive, logistics and manufacturing sectors, activity is gradually improving. Revenue for the third quarter was down slightly organically by 2%, compared to the 10.3% decline recorded in the first six months of the year. This very encouraging development allows us to envisage a return to growth as early as the fourth quarter. Business remains very well oriented in both Spain (up 12.6% organically) and Switzerland (up 12.8% organically). Airport: organic growth of 1.7% High levels of activity driven by solid fundamentals Airport activities (14.4% of total activity) generated revenue of € 124.8 million (3), up 1.7% organically. In a context of the end of the post-covid catch-up in volumes, activity for the quarter remained at high levels both in France, where it was virtually stable (-1.2% organic growth) and internationally, particularly in the United Kingdom (7.2% organic growth). Outlook: confidence reaffirmed In view of the solid performance of the third quarter, CRIT Group is fully confident in its ability to benefit from the gradual recovery in demand thanks to the diversity of its offer, the mobilization of its network and the strengthening of its international positions. As a reminder, Following the acquisition of OPENJOBMETIS, the Group's management decided to change the organization of its reporting and make its sector information easier to read. Activity monitoring and internal reporting are now structured around two distinct operating segments : - The "Temporary Work" activity, human resources consulting activity and Group's historical core business includes recruitment as well as now other activities for the delegation of qualified staff (engineering consulting, industrial maintenance, training, etc…). - The "Airport services" activity includes services provided in an airport environment relating to passengers, aircraft, and cargo.
